Our Team!

With our brick and mortar location, the mission is to bring parents the professionals they need, under one roof, with children in tow, AND it’s a place to hang out. With that, it’s a place where professionals can do their thing! This benefits the entire community and uplevels all our knowledge, depth of community connection, support, and health. The more diverse tools we have in our tool belt, the better we are at adapting to the events and environments of our everyday lives.

Colleen Flaherty, BA, CSCS, IKN – Founder

My passion lies in helping humans, kids to adults, have fun through movement and sport. I’ve coached both soccer and exercise, and the in-person collective experiences one gets from training in a group, working hard towards a similar goal, is simply irreplaceable. We need more gatherings, more opportunities to be challenged and fail and succeed, more learning what our body is capable of (it’s powerful!), more outside the comfort zone with others pushing us and cheering us on. This is how we thrive!

Diana is a  Maternal Mental Health Advocate, Postpartum Energy Healer and Yoga Instructor. Through Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga instructor she is able to serve mOMs first hand , and as a Postpartum Energy Healer she has the ability to hold space and meet mOMs where they are in life.

Ryan Neuwirt, CMT, CPT, PES, IKN, MoveNat L2

My goal for all of my clients is for them to be able to move and play freely without having to limit themselves because of pain and stiffness. I use a blend of concepts from several different styles of bodywork including, traditional sports massage, Integrated Kinetic Neurology, Neuro-Kinetic Therapy, Functional Range Conditioning,  and Active Release Techniques to name a few. Because it’s not about the modality of bodywork I like to use, it’s about you, and the system that works best for you.

Diana Ravensbergen, CF-L1, PN-L1

I am a CrossFit Level 1 instructor as well as Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism and Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified coach. I took the PN L1 shortly after knowing I wanted to serve my community better through nutrition, and I realized this knowledge could further benefit the pregnancy and postpartum community. I aim to guide women through preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum with an empathetic and realistic approach to nutrition that integrates healthy habits into their changing lives, enabling women to grow and raise their families with life-long strategies that promote health and wellness.
